Les métiers de la salle souffrent d’un déficit d’image. Souvent méconnus, dévalorisés, bon nombre d’initiatives et d'actions concrètes tendent aujourd’hui à revaloriser la filière : création d’associations, de concours, et naissance des assises des métiers de la salle. Toutes ces actions sauront-elles susciter des vocations chez les plus jeunes ?
